Kidden Prep was founded in January, 2015 by two sisters who have a passion for organizing and helping people achieve their goals.  The business name was chosen in honor of their deceased parents, Marilyn & Ralph Chiesi, whose loving support of their 3 children will never be forgotten, and whose nicknames for each other were “Kidden” and “Prep”, respectively.

We love converting clutter to clarity!

Stephanie Chiesi Reh, “Accountability Evangelist”, leads the Coaching & Leadership Consulting Services segments of Kidden Prep.  Stephanie’s primary job is Vice President of Administrative Services and Corporate Compliance at Epilepsy-Pralid, Inc. (EPI), where she provides leadership and oversight for the following agency functions/teams: Human Resources, Quality & Corporate Compliance, Development, Information Technology, and Administrative Professionals.  Stephanie established a monthly Leadership Academy curriculum for supervisors and annual Emerging Leaders and Ascending Leaders Programs as part of her objective to enable the acceleration of agency growth and reinforce the continued transformation toward increased accountability among all staff.  Prior to entering the human services field, Stephanie served in various HR leadership roles at Bausch + Lomb in Rochester and at Hand Held Products/Honeywell in Skaneateles, NY.  Stephanie received her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Rochester, and a Masters Degree in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College.

Stephanie is an active community volunteer and champion, and was recognized as a Rochester Business Journal “40 under 40” honoree in 2015.  After graduating from the Leadership Rochester program, she served for four years on the board of directors during which time she wrote an essay about Leadership Rochester for the Democrat & Chronicle.  In 2017, Stephanie joined the Rochester Fringe Festival board, and is actively involved in festival strategy and organizational development.  At both Bausch + Lomb and EPI, Stephanie led United Way campaigns and she is a member of the United Way of Greater Rochester Women’s Leadership Council Steering Committee.  Last year, Stephanie led her Catholic parish through an exercise to embrace upcoming change, explore core values, and identify opportunities to enhance ministry and attract new families.  This year, she facilitated a session for the parents of the youth faith formation program entitled “Raising Catholic Leaders”.

Stephanie lives in Greece (Rochester) with her husband and two daughters.  Her hobbies include reading, orienteering, decluttering, and cheering for the Buffalo Bills.  Whether at home, at work, or in the community, Stephanie endeavors to “be part of the solution” and help others to do the same.

Danielle Chiesi Wingo, Co-Owner, leads the Organizing Services segment of Kidden Prep LLC. Danielle has spent nearly 20 years as a physical education teacher in the Rochester City School District.  She currently works at World of Inquiry School #58.  Additionally, Danielle is a physical education mentor and coaches the following teams: boys’ varsity volleyball, modified boys’ basketball, and modified girls’ basketball.  She was recognized as the 2016 New York State Western Zone Adapted Physical Education Teacher of the Year.  Danielle has spent the last decade of summers as Assistant Director of Creative Themes Day Camp, an adventure-based program for school age children.

Danielle is an avid sports fan and particularly enjoys bike rides along the canal path, orienteering, playing basketball, and snowshoeing.  Her experience as an educator in maintaining a well-managed learning environment has been of great benefit in honing her organizing skills.  She has enjoyed cleaning and decluttering her family and friends’ homes for many years and wishes to embrace the opportunity to help others share in this joy.
